Description
Are you interested in learning more about counselling?
In this Starter-level course, we'll be looking at what happens in counselling, how learning counselling skills can be helpful in everyday life, and how they can increase our employability.
Assuming no prior knowledge, we will begin to learn more about the skills used in counselling, and some of the theory behind them. These skills can increase our confidence, improve our communication and relationships, and help us to better understand ourselves and the people around us. They can also be useful in many support roles and can lead on to volunteering or employment opportunities, as well as to further study.
Whatever your reasons, counselling might be the subject for you!
