Description
Have you always been intrigued by felting but haven't had the confidence to start?
Based on a spring theme, this felting course is designed to help you build confidence in your abilities and belief in yourself through creativity.
Perfect for beginners or those with some experience of wet and/or needle felting.
At each session you will learn a little more about wet felting and/or needle felting alongside techniques to help build your confidence as you create. Building on your felting skills and your confidence, week by week, you will embark on new projects and create items that you can be proud of!
Projects will include a wet felted 2D spring/easter themed image, a needle-felted bunny, lamb or chick, an egg 'pot' to keep things in, and more.
As your confidence builds you can continue your felting adventures at home, and continue your confidence building journey with the next stage of felting courses with SS&L.
All materials will be provided and everything you create can be taken home with you.
What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you're a beginner and want to learn about this subject, and you don't have relevant knowledge or experience.
What will I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the activity. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
